If you follow Khloe Kardashian on Instagram, you’ll notice her constant pictures of the workouts she does. Of course, someone with celebrity status must work hard to maintain her body and image.
In a recent photo that received thousands of comments, she shared with her followers (and I am one of them) what she called her “water tip of the day,” where she revealed how much water she drinks daily. The number of litter, she expressed, was given to her by her nutritionist, and it depends on her weight and how much she works out.
But drinking much water daily is a challenging endeavor; even Khloe agrees. In the photo’s caption, she wrote, “But let’s be honest… Water does tend to get boring after a while.”
Indeed, it does. So what does Khloe do to make sure her water is consumed?
She wrote: “So My current obsession is infused waters. Detox water, fruit-flavored water, or fruit-infused water; infused water can generally be any combination of fruits, vegetables, and herbs immersed in cold water. While infused water has the benefit of being full of flavor, it also has very low to no calories, making it a potent tool for losing weight and gaining better health. “
She added: “Nutrients leak out of the fruit directly into the water. Some nutritionists estimate that you get as much as 20% of the vitamin content of freshly squeezed fruit juice, all without the extra calories or fructose.”
This advice couldn’t have come at a better time. So if you are striving for a beach body at the start of summer, keep these tips in mind and jug your delicious infused water as you work out.
